Very nice and clean city.... Good for a short vacation where the hills meet the seas. RK beach is happening and the ropeway and the other tourist destinations including the Dolphin Nose and Narasinnha Temple is worth visiting

I would rate Visakhapatnam very high for a first time traveler. It has got good beaches and view points to offer. Apart from nearby hill/valley views and caves. People interested in temples will also be satisfied. Taxis, buses or trains are comfortable to travel around

I like the city very much one of best place of tourist interest, being surrounded by lovely hills, Beautiful coast line , city infrastructure is nicely maintained and all tourist places be it Bora caves, Karika Waterfall, Aircraft museum, Submarine museum, Kailasgiri ropeway , Balaji temple , Varahlaxmi temple beautiful and easily accessible

Visakhapatnam should not be visited in summer. It is a beautiful city and one can enjoy visiting but not in summer. City bus services are very good. South Indian thalis meals in good hotels are really good.

Vizag has a great waterfront and a good range of restaurants...
Vizag has a great waterfront and a good range of restaurants for visitors. But it is not a tourist town as such. So many people do not speak English, and many others have only a few words of English. The Zoo is lovely and the seaside parks very pleasant. We took a day tour up to Araku from Vizag and that was well worthwhile.

The hotel is in the heart of Vizag. The check-in and check-out were smooth. The suite room was gorgeous. Quite large and very well appointed. The bed and mattress were extremely comfortable. Everything was spectacular clean and hygienic. The washroom was excellent with a shower area and a bath tub. Very clean. There was a second toilet for the living room. There were large TVs in the living room and bedroom and a small one in the bath! The shower cubicle felt small for a six footer like me. The price was very attractive
Zostel Vizag is not far from railway station as well as RK beach, almost equidistant from both.
Property’s very very cute, with a lovely sit out on the 1st floor balcony facing a small park in front, some board games to play, cute room we got, easily accessible by Ola/Uber, prime location near Govt Circuit house and shopping centre.
