It's the beautiful maintained property ,one of the best in the entire row. The villa is huge and it's full of amenities ,you will everything you could need for a peaceful stay. The caretaker is very gentle and helpful, he is ready to adjust and handle situations very well. All over i would recommend this property for a stay . It's worth staying a weekend , however there is no private pool ,it's a common pool with 8 am to 8pm access. Also Mr Sandip is very gentle and understanding ,he had been really kind all the time and helped us out through the stay. Thank you so much

The cleanliness was exemplary. The interior design was very soothing and relaxing. Access to a kitchen and a balcony adds to additional amenities one might require in a homestay. The bathrooms were spic and span. One of the most important aspects of booking an accomodation. The premise has so much natural light and the greenery one can view is delightful. The elevators and common areas are top quality as well.
The price is extremely affordable and dirt cheap for the kind of property you'll be staying in. Cheap motels cost much more these days.
The owner was very cordial and helpful. She was extremely vigilant about the comfort of our stay. Her communication etiquette, willingness to provide related information and care towards hosting is something that needs mentioning here. These are necessary markers for a comfortable stay. I strongly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay around this pincode.
