Really happy with the service. I booked the hotel room for Vaishnodevi yatra for my mother and mother's sisters who were travelling to Katra for the 1st time. The hotel manager arranged pickup from railway station. He also provided a phone number to my mother so that she could contact home. These gestures really made the stay amazing for my family. I highly recommend this. Very near to railway station and very helpful staff and manager.
