It was clean and there was enough hot water. The building itself is very pretty and we took some amazing photos. Staff were really nice. Swimming pool was enjoyable too. Food is great but overpriced (except the pizza).

Very clean and comfortable. Nice terrace and garden to sit out. Delicious breakfast. Good location, given that you now cannot really stay in Hampi Bazaar. Excellent WiFi. Lakshmi is the lovely owner and extremely helpful. Other staff also delightful and helpful. You can go to the family’s delicious Mango Tree Restaurant 5 mins rickshaw away, or order food in.

Great property and staff. Wonderful resort, albeit a bit on the pricy side. There are currently no 5 Star properties in and around Hampi, so this is the only choice.
Relatively new hotel, set up well with ample open space, large lawn area, restaurants and health facilities. Because it is a relatively small property, it does not give the impression of being crowded at any point of time, even if it is fully occupied.
