They are asking for additional amount over and above the amount shown in Booking.com. the day the booking is the site is for fan in the room and for Airconditioned room,they demand additional amount of Rs 500/-. But in Booking.com site under the facilities available column, air-conditioning is mentioned. While doing the booking in booking.com, was thought the price is for AC room. Booking.com has to clarify my query. Not at all satisfied by Booking.com misleading me making me to book the lodge through the app.....
