The stay was not pleasant at all. We were told that the there was a change of management in the Hotel. The room was not clean, the bedsheets were dirty, only one towel was given for 3 of us, dirty bed cover was not changed even after several requests. I will not recommend this hotel. We had booked more than 3 months back for 3 of us. The room had only one double bed. We were charged for 3 persons without being offered any facility for 3. Very upset with the stay. The dinner at BRIJBHOG hotel was very good...thanks

This hotel is a very poor hotel, a scam, no service. Nothing written in the facilities is available. Tea coffee maker, AC, free toiletries, slippers, flat screen TV, dining area, electric kettle, towels, linens, toilet paper. None of these are available there. I want to drink hot water, the hotel did not give it to me because I was sick, so I bought it myself. Then they did not give me a glass to drink water. After much urging, they gave it. They took 700 from me for booking 418 and why not take action against such a scammer? And there is a lot of noise in the hotel all night. The hotel administration did not take any action and even tried to open the door of the room I was staying in several times. I felt not only unhappy but also very unsafe while staying there.

It is the worst place I’ve ever been to & I ve traveled to 30 countries. It was filthy there were bugs crawling in the bed, bugs in the shower. The men in the lobby were leering at me I felt unsafe.

Lovely host family, very freibdly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. The approach to the property and immediate area is not so nice. Property itself is just as advertised. Great value for money, just a short ride to Taj Mahal and Agra Fort.
