They don’t have any staff to manage things. Just one person who handles everything. For max of the things they will say NO. They don’t have food service.
Don’t call it a hotel. Regarding breakfast they bring it from outside and serve you. Even they don’t have proper cutlery to provide you. They don’t even clean your room on daily basis.
It's a cute little hilltop town. Kept very clean by the hardworking sanitary staff of the town administration and because of the civic sense of the people. A very good option to stay here rather than Madikeri as the latter ten to get crowded.
