Dusty and with Traffic jam. The city centre mall was good. And an eatery in Mallaguri was excellent. Trips to Mirik and Bengal Safari were nice. Rest was disappointing. Don't recommend anyone for this hotel It is not worth paying 4000/- per night for this below average hotel. Had I known the location I would have never stay there.As I mentioned except the reception people who were helpful ,nothing else was good . Why do you recommend such bad hotels to people who needcommfprt & peace?

location wise siliguri is placed best ,because from both new jal paiguri and bagdogra airport its near.so it acts as a connecting link of north eastern staes with other states.so when you plan of north east trip you can halt at siliguri to catch your flight or train.

I loved everything about my stay but I left my one piece of bag with small eating things & a cap which I had bought from watching AUSTRALIAN OPEN in Melbourne, white one with AO 2024 written …. I sent my brother to pick the bag but the CAP is MISSING.. this is too BAD… please HELP

I like everything of my stay but after staying for 10 days no upgrade, no free laundry & the day I checked out 6:00am they offered complimentary breakfast… they should have done one day before & I would have definitely taken.
Left one bag and my cap is MISSING… if it had been an ordinary cap I would not make a hue & cry but this cap I watched Australian Open Melbourne 2024 & had bought it. The Manager called Manish said he would check CCTV but till now not found. As you can see my photos I came & donated 24 lakhs for building a monastery & then my husband played tennis match & won & distributed his prize money to the ball boys.

It's good for one day stopover.
It's good for one day stopover. You could visit Surya Sen park or Mahananda Sightseeing and chill there in the evening. ISCON temple will disappoint you unless you are a devotee. If you are a shopaholic, Hong Kong Market is a place to be. Baishaki Mela can be fun too.

On site restaurant a little upmarket but excellent cheap veggie restaurant nearby. The double room was just like the photo though a little small if shared. All facilities provided and working except bedside lights. Plenty of sockets and wifi good - had to ask at reception to input password Firm bed as norm in India
Hotel on busy junction but quiet at night.k 5 minute walk to busy market area and temple. Tuktuk to NJP in the morning 100/-
When we arrived at the hotel, the caretaker said no rooms were there, despite accepting an online booking and taking an advance. They informed us, that they had forgotten the fact that they had an online booking (us), but instead went ahead and accepted an offline booking. We had to wait till 2 o'clock in the night for them to shift us to a different property (Mahika homestay) and then provided us rooms.
I want refund of one night's fee.
The Loft hotel is a rare find, clean & modern hotel with very good client service and restaurant, we loved the food, a big thanks to Birendra our attentionate waiter and the Chefs Prayash, Nasin and Deepak. Vegan options are avalaible in the restaurant, which holds a great menu. Friendly guard at the entrance. Definitely the best hotel in Siliguri and worth the money.
One of the best properties in central siliguri.. Clean and hygienic rooms with good aroma all day . The staff are very helpful and the management is top notch. They are on the way to open a restaurant but provide you with delicious food .All my good wishes to the Hotel management. Do look forward to staying with them when back to siliguri.
