I visited Rourkela for work. Tourists, this is not a place you want to visit. I couldn't find any great eat outs here and nothing much to see. Getting around the city is pretty difficult, though share autos are available but you will have to request the drivers for that. The one good thing is people are friendly and will help you out of the way.
