The flat was good with AC, but it was not cleaned at akl. Flat completely dust hair. Also the location was poor. After 6.30 PM, there was no light, including street lights. The flat owner's son demanded additional cash, even though I paid the full amount in advance, but just before check-out, called me & asked about ₹1,600/- ransom, saying Booking.com (agency) booking all only for 12 hours per day & hence he demanded extra cash, but refused saying that I booked for 2 days & according to your confirmation also for two days only & not on timely booking. Then it seems their manager involved & advised not to demand extra, since my booking details all in order. Otherwise, I would have gone to the police with all my documentary records. But still they have not issued any bill or receipt against my stay & cash paid, as a commercial accommodation. I will not surely recommend to anyone, due to the very bitter experience, what I faced. In fact, I was not able to enjoy the function, for which I went & booked this flat.
