Pathetic service given by the owner of the property and staff. We have already paid the total amount in full . We reached there at night . But the owner of the property refused to take the booking . saying they don't have any agreement with booking.com / Oyo rooms . They didn't permit us to enter our rooms . And asked for cancelling it . Such a pathetic service given by booking.com and santhi Krishna hotel . We have lost trust in booking with your website

whenever I used to visit Courtrallam I stayed at this property... almost I have stayed 4 times at this property..it was such a good ambiance and pleasant atmosphere to stay in. just within walkable distance of Five Falls which is more advantage to staying here.. it's perfectly suited for families and the demand for their rooms will be too high since it has limited rooms overall Another advantage of staying here is you won't be troubled by your roommates.
