Centrally located, great service and down to earth staff. Stayed for a day, rooms are very clean and neat. Fixtures are top notch. We were even allowed a late check out (3pm)! Lots of shopping options and eateries located nearby. We took the free breakfast option, the food was delectable and had decent variety.

Panchkula (five wells?) is on the outskirts of Chandigarh. It is relatively clean compared to other parts of India. However street marking makes it difficult to locate any dwelling/building. unless you are familiar with the area. Panchkula is close to the cactus garden which is highly recommended. There is also a large clean and well maintained park next door. The shopping area which though somewhat run down, is also relatively clean and there are sufficient eating places for meals.
