We called Local Police Station over phone to help us.
Dinner was served in the room after 1 hr 45 mins. Order taken at 5pm, dinner was ready at 8:30pm, dinner was served in our room at 9:45pm.

There were no double or delux rooms available through online, so I called the number given in the description and lady on the call said we can arrange an extra bed for 300rs. When we arrived the receptionist told we cant make the arrangements said before, asked us to take the delux suite room which was not available while booking online. In the need of the hour we booked the delux room paying the extra amount.
The parking is not adjacent to the hotel, we need to park it on the other side of the road.
The floors of the room were very greasy, walking on the floors without slippers were uncomfortable.
We decided to call it a night and turned the lights off, we felt something touching our body to realise that the room was filled with Mayflies, I had to keep the door open and turn off all the lights until the situation mitigated.
Next morning while checking out there was no help to carry our luggage to vehicle parked on the other side of the highway. The reciptionist was talking on the phone speaking curse words I haven't heard in my life. Overall the service is very poor, not recommended for families.

This was my second time of choosing this place and last time it was quite comfortable and the staff was very good and very approachable, especially the guy in the restaurant section. He was very good with us last time and this time. But there was another care taker kind of person who made the stay bad for us this time. There were instances where they could have displayed better customer service from their end. This was our second visit and expected far far better service and this time they made it really bad from their end .

Neyyatinkara is a small town but it has few good vegetarian...
Neyyatinkara is a small town but it has few good vegetarian restaurant which is unavailable in Poovar which is close. As such, neyyatinkara has not much to see except some good temples, but it's proximity to Poovar makes it an ideal location for stay. One can go to Trivandrum and Kanyakumari too easily provided you come in your own vehicle.
