i usually just check into a city hotel for a staycation to recharge (and it usually works). Decided to give Shreyas a shot to reset, rest and recover + go deeper into my meditation practise. So happened i had a bad cough (for weeks) as well. There was a surreal sense of calm and tranquility as soon as i reached. even the staff had an air of zen about them. Special shout to Dr. Akhil who gave me a whole lot of ayurvedic teas, shots and meds and the cough is mostly gone now. I have returned super refreshed (and excited) on a busy monday at work. Will def be visiting many times over! truly a beautiful spot + fantastic treatments in a beautiful treatment centre + just sitting on my balcony every morning and watching all sorts of exotic birds around me + awesome wholesome food made this a really exceptional stay

The overall experience at the property was really good. The property/Room it self is good however there is no facility for breakfasts and lunch/dinner. However the staff is cooperative to bring it from outside. Give thumbs up to the staff and management.
