There's a lot of greenery and the weather was pleasant.
There's a lot of greenery and the weather was pleasant. Travelled by Uber as local rickshaw charges are exorbitant. The mutton at Baba Saoji was rubbery. The food at Shankar Saoji Bhojanalaya was very good. The lakes were closed for repairs. The Japanese garden is good for walking and the rail museum is good.

Very pleasant town........ peaceful environment..... could hear birds chirping even at 7 or so.......no much pollution......lil hot weather.....but manageable.....very nice and welcoming people......I felt like staying few more days......for a person living in a metro city...it was like a heaven.

This is the real India.
This is the real India. A typical working city with almost no overseas tourists. It is not a destination with little on offer to see for tourists however, it is a jumping off point for Pench and Kanha Tiger Reserves.
Changing foreign currency can be done at Thomas Cook.

I like Shri CK Naidu's big picture placed in the entrance Hall. Many people don't know the history of Shri CK Naidu. All Indian captains photos were displayed on the walls everywhere. The architecture of Cricket Balls which is kept in the hall is very awesome. The property earlier belonged to Shri CK Naidu. The Old Indian Cricket History.

Well,.....we had an unexpected STOPOVER in Nagpur as we missed our connection train.Thus we needed to stay overnight...and chose FABHOTELS ARCHANIL APARTMENT...and it turned out to be a pleasant experience all in all !!
