Mall road was too congested with traffic vehicles and lot of people. Most of the tourists were not too considerate/sensitive of the surroundings like litter, noisy, not giving way for others, etc. Restaurants were expensive even for basic meal. Beyond mall road, it is nice and beautiful hills, valleys and serene. A walk/trek on your own will be refreshing. My stay was very short I would like to visit and spend a few days.

Avoid travelling during weekends or peak season, as the place might be too crowded. Early mornings and late evenings are pure bliss. Don't stay in mussoorie instead stay in dehradun and from there book a cab.
Start your journey from Dehradun to mussoorie early in the morning (around 6-7am so you can avoid endless traffic) and you will finish every tourist point till 4-5PM easily and go back to Dehradun.
Don't stay in mussoorie it's a pathetic place. Also skip kempty fall, not a worthy place to visit but must visit dalai hill. There isn't much exciting expecting hill view that we always get in such places.
Staff was very Courteous, polite and accommodating . Even before we stayed in hotel they politely answered all my queries on phone regarding the location and local govt policies.
Location is fantastic , right on Mall Road very near to Library Chowk.
The thing that I like most was that it's the most value for money hotel in whole mussoorie as it provided large,clean and comfortable rooms at such low prices also the view out of the room was really good and soothing
