My stay was just okay, considering it's in a remote location. While I understand the challenges that come with such a setting, there were several areas that could have been better.
The room was not as clean as I expected, and when I requested it to be cleaned, the staff refused, which was disappointing. The photos online make the place look much better than it actually is—it's just average in reality.
I was also surprised that they required full payment upfront, despite offering free cancellation, which didn’t seem fair. Communication with the staff was poor, and the overall comfort of the room left much to be desired.
Given the remote location, I wasn't expecting luxury, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and service.
