More than expected! One of the best villa that i had been staying Kannur. We had lots of space as huge living room and kitchen for our entire ground floor villa booking. Clean bathroom. No soap scum or oil residue like hotel rooms. Not brand new bathroom but perfectly cleaned. Not sharing accommodation upstairs has seperate entrance through outside so we had privacy for our entire stay. Shops and small restaurants is just 50 feets away especially Bombay restaurant delivered delicious north Indian dishes. Malabar porotta was yummy 😘. Next day morning caretaker provided best kerala breakfast and thick milk coffee. Everything was perfectly fine. We cant expect more than what we had paid. Its really worth it. ☺️

If i'm planning totravel north, i wont stay at any other place other than fathima apartments. hotels at calicut , kannnur are over priced and they dont provide any amenities as fathima apartments does.
