Beware! Beware! Beware! Astrostays refused to refund my advance payment when the road was inaccessible due to weather. They also ignored Booking.com’s request on my behalf. Ladakh is a wonderful place and Ladakhi’s are deeply kind and honest. Sadly, Astrostays prioritizes cold hard cash and is a stain on Ladakh and Ladakhi goodwill.

Staff was very polite and supportive. It's a remote location so water and electricity is a problem. Still the staff somehow supported to charge our phones and give Hotspot to use Internet. 😄

The arrangements especially in the remote conditions of Pangong Lake, are quite good. Staff (Diljeet) and others are always helpful and eager to support. Dinner & breakfast menu was good too. All in all, a pleasant stay for us there.
