The home has a wonderfully cozy and homey atmosphere that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The weather was absolutely perfect, adding to the serene vibe of the place. The drive through the Ghats is fascinating and the cool weather that envelops you with every incline, that You drive on, is refreshing. The town is disappointing with hardly any recommendable food facilities, but one can pick up veggies, chicken, eggs and bread/flour/rice from a convenience store at the market place to cook the meals in the apartment. Rhea's Cafe is also a boutique food joint specializing in Chinese and Oriental food that one can opt for, in case the drive uphill was strenuous. There is nothing to do in this "ghost town" and the shabby upkeep all around of the buildings and centre point of the town makes one feel sad about those who have invested crores in shaping up this town only to now leave it to ruins.

Its a place where everything is available in black. Only beer is available that too beyond MRP. Fuel is also to be bought in black. No water sports or activities at the Dam post 5 pm. Not to safe to be outdoors post 6 pm. Limited meal options.

Overall its a wonderful place to spend in monsoon season for a day. One night stay is enough at an apartment which is lake facing. Everything is walkable i.e promenade, food joints and Dasve bridge too. Its a wonderful place to spend quality time with your family.

Mr.Suresh is a big cheat,liar, fraud thief. I paid the whole sum in cash on the day of my arrival. The day I checked out, I got a message from Booking.com that my booking at Lavasa lake view studio has been canceled. Mr.Suresh knows very well that it's a non refundable deal.His aim was to loot my money again via Booking.com. Fortunately Booking.com sent me a notice. I had to block my credit card in case that cheat might hack my account. So, I recommend no one to go to that apartment again.

Ambitious planned city - wish it's saved and rescued (since it seems to be neglected and under-utilized at the moment). One of the nicest places to eat was at Vyanjan restaurant, with the view of the whole valley and lake as the vista to enjoy as you sit in the glass-walled restaurant. Watersports are reasonably priced and quite fun as well. Finally, one can just go on long, endless walks on the cobblestoned, picturesque streets

It was the just the perfect room we expected for our trip to enjoy. Very spacious coupled ,clean and hygiene maintained and coupled to that a wonderful lake side view and mesmerizing scenic beauty. It is indeed the best experience we had when we stayed at the property. Something we will definitely cherish and shall vouch again when we make the trip to Lavasa again.
Had all the amenities (tv with all channels and free wifi) size of room is bigger than most hotel rooms with easily accessible shops and restaurants close by with room service and delivery but nothing beats the lake view from balcony and drive to city it is really scenic, green and beautiful.
The location was very much in the outskirts of Lavasa - although calm and serene, the place was super cut off from any facilities. Gets especially super dark in night with inadequate lighting. The view from the room is beautiful and the place is green, good for a break from city life.
This is an private apartment (not a guest house/ holiday home) in Lavasa right next to the lake, so the location and view were amazing (which is pretty much the only good thing about this place). Caretaker was prompt with check-in and check-out.
Everything beyond expectations...the caretaker (Mr.Suresh) done the job well..He was continuously in our touch since the start....Photos only cant Justify the Scenery from Room...We Had the Great time in Lavasa bcs of Them.
