This place is amazing like you can never imagine what's going to be next in the coming way. weekends are very crowded so there is parking issue. The Wall of Kumbhalgarh on the other side of Village is clear and the view is superb.

The room AC was not working and after 4 hours was able to push them get or working.
Their response was not good stating that they were sold out and could not offer an alternate room.
The required corrections were done after strong follow up and four long hours.
House keeping policy of the property is tonclean room after 14.00 hours only - precisely the time you usually wish to rest after lunch.
Housekeeping staff adamant that they would not clean the room later if you are resting is something unheard of and pretty high headed.
Would surely advise caution to those planning to book this property.
The internet does not work except for reception area which was very inconvenient.

1. We were upgraded to the suite, which was really worth.
2. Very beautiful location, immersed in green, nicely lighted during the night.
3. Fresh and tasty food in the restaurant, live fire in the middle of the dining area and live Rajasthani folk and dance program included in the price.
4. Very receptive and willing to assist hotel manager and staff. The manager upgraded us to the suite level and kept pushing for the linen and towels to be changed until we were happy.
My stay at Hotel Takhat Villa was nothing short of magical. The property is tucked away from all noise, a little ways from the kumbhalgarh fort. It's beautiful surrounded by mountains. Birdsong wakes you gently as the breathtaking view of sun rising over the mountains greets you.
