Symphony hotel is a BAR Hotel .Not for Families. The hotel management is not interested in Serving the Guests staying here.
Treebo customer service is worst and not able to contact hotel directly all calls going to IVR and no way to speak to even the customer care of Treebo.
Except some 1 or 2 staffs all others are not even responding to the calls.
It’s mainly very far from City (Around 10 kms) and is in a very Remote area.
They are only interested in Bar not in Boarding or Lodging.
A quite surprised that this Treebo Symphony is a 3 Star Hotel.
The food here is very very expensive !!!
My Sincere request to all the families who are travelling with kids and elders, Please read Reviews of hotels before booking any room.

Softouch Ayurveda Village in Kerala was superb, thank you! We stayed 2 nights in a lovely room, spacious, cool & elegantly decorated with a huge, well appointed bathroom. The main house is fantastic, a beautiful big old colonial home with really lovely eclectic style- designed by the owner. It is set in wonderful grounds next to the river- ideal for bird & nature watching.
Most importantly of all though are the hosts- impressively professional & so kind & friendly! The food was delicious, we had great home cooked vegetarian meals. The Ayurvedic consultation & treatments were thoroughly explained & were very relaxing & reinvigorating.
We enjoyed really great conversations with interesting people, they arranged trips out & were knowledgeable about the local flora, fauna & culture. Thank you!

I booked from midnight to 12pm. Even with online confirmation the manager forcefully negotiated to check out before 10am. The reason he said was no prepayment during online booking and if you aren’t ready to check out before 10am, no room for you. Their agreement with booking .com is like that only and if I have any complaint ask booking.com.Really sad, at midnight even with confirmed online booking we had to agree his non professional negotiation. If booking.com has such hidden agreements with hotels. Please mention it, we are ready to pay at the time of booking. It’s not a big deal.
