I had an early check-in at around 7am in the morning of 9th nov 2024, firstly I was provided with the room no 106 which looked descent in the first. But after sometime when AC didn't cooled the room I complained the reception where they said they would provide me with the AC remote which was with them. Then I went to the bathroom to on the geyser so that I could take a shower. Then I noticed geyser was also not working I called the reception again where they said the would shift me to another room which was Room no 501 which was a bit larger than tge previous one. I shifted my luggage by myself as there was no one to help. There I switched on the AC and went for a bath. After taking entering the room from the bathroom I saw water drops dripping from the AC. This time I called the reception and asked them to refund the amount (full amount was collected from me whule check-in) as I didn't liked the room. By thus time the time was approx 11.30 am. The requested me to give them a chance to which I agreed. I was shifted to Room no 509 whose size was the smallest from all.I shifted my luggage and went out for my sightseeing. On returning in the evening I went to take a hot shower where I noticed the tap was broken. Then while getting into thr bed I noticed the bedsheet was not clean and there were a lot of holes on it. The next day I complained them again but as I was getting late so I couldn't give them much time. On 11 Nov 2024 while checking out I asked them for bill which they refused and sail I'll be getting on mail. Which I haven't received yet. Summary - in the first 4-5 hours of my check-in I had to change 3 rooms (106, 501 & 509) and also I wasn't provide with a bill of my payment at thr time of checkout.
