The people and their hospitality. All the staff were very kind, supportive and extremely respectful specially Mr. Sudesh. Our cab broke down on the way to hotel and we were waiting on road if any taxi could give us lift & thats when A car stopped and coincidentally it was from Summit Le Royal & Mr. Sudesh was there and he took us to hotel.

Though on doing the booking, you will receive emails as if the booking is confirmed and they are waiting for you to arrive. But no staff is available and if you try calling the contact numbers mentioned, there is no response. The place Junga, though beautiful, is really remote a tiny village, amidst forests and you'll be in a difficult situation if you don't know any local person. The best option for stay is Flaghouse resort if available. It is a great getaway from urban life.
