I saw previous reviews by foreigners, so I was very skeptic. When the hotel was brand-new, I am sure they had big ideas.
I will say the positive things first:
The prices of the rooms were fine, the size good and a big-size bathroom. There is an elevator. Check in - and -out went smoothly. It is very near the airport - walk-able distance! Taxis have to go a bit further and the is a minimum prize on taxis from the airport - ie. 500 IRs in late 2024.
The bed-linen was very clean - spotless white, and the was fine - in size and comfort.
Toiletries were inadequate . Bedsheet should not be torn in places, in this aspect management should not turn a blind eye, which they did inspite of being reminded. Wi fi is good. But TV is just a show because only Free to air channels are available. General Cleanliness of the room was good. Geyser works. Breakfast Menu especially on a Sunday Morning is an embarassment compared to what is printed on the MENU and what is available on the on the table or as room service. Staff behaviour is good . The management has to get rid of their take it or leave it policy and overcome their short coming mentioned above.
