As soon as I booked in, I kept getting emails to pay in advance with a thrid party payment system. Of course, I didn't because I didn't trust it. On the day of check-in, my original room was all booked by someone else and I had to pay extra to get another room. The beds were dirty, wardrobes were dusty. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I booked it for my parents who were staying in the hotel for a night. Firstly, they find it difficult to find the hotel along with cab driver, it took more than one hour in the area to find it. Even the people in the vicinity doesn’t know about this hotel when trying to ask people in the area. No proper response from the hotel when tried calling on the hotel number provided on the booking.com.

Wash is very small and unhygienic bed and all. It was horrible experience, Dharmsala is better place than this hotel
Among 3 hotel I used in Kolkata through booking.com Oyo is worse and I will never book oyo in future
