The location as on maps was accurate and the Wi-Fi connectivity was good and the staff was friendly. Did not get a chance to try the Breakfast, though I had opted for it. Has a parking, which is not that big and can accommodate 2 wheelers easily.

I booked Fairfield Marriot by booking.com, but at the last minute, when I checked IN time, some floor's Air-conditioning was not working well, as reported by the hotel receptionist, hence they offered at the same rate and changed to Le Meridian Hotel another 5KM from the initial location, hence they offer free transport service due to long distance from the original booking. I am travelling for the INTEC Exhibition at Codissia Center. that's why I chose the nearest location is Fairfield by Marriot.

Ensure that your food is arranged by the property owner in case you do not want to go out....-as property owner very clearly had indicated they do not have kitchen facilities nor they can organise persons to bring/purchase food...if this is not clear,then you will be fooled....!
BOOKING.COM to update their references accordingly after discussing with the property owner and I am surprised how OYO suddenly steps in and wants to resolve the issue between the person who had booked the accommodation and the property owner-in fact,no one from BOOKING.COM had called when the issue was raised/emailed.....!
