The room was small, albeit comfortable. Housekeeping provided amenities when requested. I traveled with my 80 yr old Mom, and friendly for senior citizen. Lots of food options available. Travel desk was helpful, and catered to all my out of town, and city tours. Hotel breakfast was very good with a good variety available. Black coffee and tea can be ordered. The Indian restaurant on the ground floor was overpriced, food ok. Roof top restaurant was the best, and I returned the following evening - good food - good price - caring staff - live music - and fab view of the city.

Beautiful property. Awesome vegetarian food. Very helpful staff and they really go out of the way to make you comfortable. Our best experience was with the bar and restaurant staff who went out of the way to make us comfortable and pamper us. The front desk staff was awesome too!

Its a laid back city trully enjoyable,the right time to visit winter

Indore is basically a temple City.
Indore is basically a temple City. We visited the Gajrana Ganesh temple. Very clean, and well spread out. We were able to go to the local markets. Food available is good and not very expensive. Lalbaugh palace is a historical site with the Archeological Survey of India. But unfortunately could not see anymore historical places.

Very bad experience. Once booked, I received a confirmation from booking.com, but when I called the property once reaching Indore at midnight, the owner said it is already full and you do not have any bookings on your name. Highly unprofessional, and rude behaviour from the hotel owner and hung up the call abruptly. I was stranded with no hotel with senior citizens of my family. Never book this hotel.
One of the wonderful stay at hotel konark everything was good like stay at hotel, brackfast served on morning , and food and starters , staff was very helpful in nature and supportive for new traveler those comes in indore , all staff support and feed like home.
