We had a problem with one of our days where there was no availability showing in the system, the manager of the property went above and beyond in making sure we go that booking. Customer service through out the hotel is fantastic, they are extremely polite and very helpful. The food is good and they have a very well presented bar area, where they also serve food. All in all, a very good experience.
The hotel is new and they still have more floors to be build. They are also going to build a swimming pool.
