Customer service was exceptional, we travelled to grishneswar jyotirlinga from shiridi, and the cab driver stopped picking up our calls after he dropped us at Ellora, all our luggage was inside the cab, we somehow managed to come to shiva residency through auto , the owner of this place helped us by checking for our cab everywhere and helped us getting the cab driver back to us as we donot know the language, even the food service was good, we used to order tea and coffee, it was home made and good, this place is walkable distance to shiva temple and Vinayaka temple
