Overall attitude of the staff was very positive. They were always eager to help, and at times went out of their way to make our stay a more pleasant one.
There was one person in particular - NITIN SHARMA - at reception/front desk, who was exceptional. I had situations with my overseas colleagues from Japan, which he accommodated in a seamless manner. Hope the management recognizes such exceptional talents.

Greater Noida was an interesting place, and certainly an eye opener for anyone who has not been over to India before. The traffic is something to behold, and travelling is not straight forward. However I find the people friendly, and the New Delhi area an amazing experience.... you do need good accommodation though as this takes the stress out of the experience? I will look forward to returning, but will do it very differently now I've been there before.

The city has developed very very fast with the result that the authorities have not been able to keep up with maintenance of the roads and public transport. Main roads are fine but side streets are broken and not repaired.
Public transport is extremely poor or almost not there with the result that the common public is at the mercy of the auto-rickshaw mafia.
Hire an Ola or Uber if you can afford it.

Greater Noida is not a tourist area -- and has few...
Greater Noida is not a tourist area -- and has few attractions. It is primarily a residential area and institutional area with lots of private colleges and universities. Overall the place is large, sparsely populated, and is connected only via radio cabs or autos -- there is little public transport. Night travel is not advisable as it can get isolated in most parts. Roads are okay, you have a few decent malls to go to -- specially the Omaxe Connaught Mall, but mostly the malls close to Pari Chowk area are run down. It is possible to get cheap but okay hotels in this area, but the distance from Delhi is much to offset that! There are some good restaurants --- but they may be located in different parts of Greater Noida and travel will take time.

This is very very Unfortunate that most of the Budgetry Hotels , [ Sun Fort Hospitality ]were not honouring the Prior bookings made along with the 50% advance made 45 days prior. Last minute they are denying the bookings , very ridiculous act.
Very worst attitude of the Hoteliers. [ Specially at the time of Exhibitions at India Expo mart - Greater Noida ]

It's big and expansive, but I guess Investment and Population is quite low in the area so post 8 PM it looks very deserted and spooky, plus the administration really should improve the quality of street lighting and a sense of security all across the sectors in Noida and Greater Noida.

NOTHING WAS GOOD , WORST EXPERIENCE ever, I was ROBBED for money when we arrived at the hotel the hotel staff refused to give us room said they don't have our booking even I have showed them the booking details the refused and asked to have a offline booking or leave the property, when I booked online it was 16-17k around booking but offline they charged us 24k, said they don't have tie up with OYO hotels or any booking website but many guest were there having same issue.
Nothing at all. Paid gst about but even after several requests, gst bill is not provided. They've shown different room and provided the worst room. Fake hotel & very disappointed. No breakfast provided.
Comfortable homely stay. Well manicured and maintained Society.
Food cooked by the caretaker Dheeraj was delicious. Well located for birding at the Surajpur Wetlands.
