Breakfast was good though the Service was extremely poor ans slow. Manager was instructing waiters and they were passing the buck. Manager had no control over service.

I had booked the room for three days. After the first day they shifted me to another hotel. The hotel is very less comfortable and did not meet our expectations in any way. Very small room... smelly bathroom.. TV was not working.. Really disappointing experience.. The name of that new hotel was Hotel Wisteria. But it would have been nice if the JB Residency I booked with first had taken care of the bare minimum when shifting their guests from one hotel to another.
