The reception was not only uncooperative but downright insulting.
They said we have no intimation about your booking as we do not deal with booking.com.
When I gave them all the details of my booking alongwith the acknowledgment message of my part payment for confirming my booking. The reception people were laughing at me.
I then had to find another hotel (Rio) through MMT and had to pay extra conveyance and booking charges.
My advance payment made for the booking has also gone down the drain.
