Since location was ideal for my trek pick up point I stayed here. Food was okay, not bad at all. DId not eat breakfast there, only ordered room service. Hotels looks decent wih polite staff.
Since there is rennovation happening the restaurant was closed. I am assuming after rennovations the hotel rooms would be better than current state.

Good food, some awesome locations like Mindrolling Monastery and Robber's Cave. A nice market named Paltan Bazaar. Singh Soup for best momo and soup. Tapkeshwar Mandir for Lord Shiva's ancient temple. Rajpur Road hotels are best to stay for cold weather and evening walks.

Housekeeping/ Room services need improvement. But staff was very helpful and made up for these minor issues.Food variety very limited and not much to choose from for 4 days stay. Breakfast buffet can be improved upon. My daughters birthday was made special by the hotel team. Best part was pet friendly property. Pet accessories were provided. Overall an enjoyable experience. Thanks to all staff🙏🏻

3. Too much traffic and congestion in the central part of the city. So not easy to get around within the city. A large number of students drive two-wheelers recklessly without any regard for traffic Rules.
4. The cleanliness of the city has improved a lot. Be patient and explore the city. There is no need to avoid anything. Have a nice time.
The Location of the hotel is at the heart of the city and near Mall so you can enjoy shopping and dinner until late night. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. They can recommend the interested place to visit and inform us about the information. There are many kinds of food and international menu with varies of deserts. Last day stay, they serve us with awesome cake.
Hotel Kenil Star, one of best hotel in the city. All the staff are very polite and good. Services of hotel was very nice. Hygiene was best part of hotel. Food was very delicious. Thanks to the staff for quick services.
