I have used this hotel since it first opened and i have seen this hotel deteriorate over time. It is located outskirts of Surat but is very peaceful that has a small swimming pool that is generally clean. There are many good and bad points. I was upgraded to a superior room, which was nice but after traveling from Ahmadabad to Surat which took approx 8 hours i was hungry. I was hugely disappointed to have been refused a dish from the in room dining menu. The biggest negative point about this hotel is the lack of training given to staff on how to treat and accommodate customers - its a 5 star rating and a certain level of service is expected. I would like to give credit to Anjali who makes this hotel very warm.

hotel is located at most premium location .. very close to industries at hazira.. they have various categories of rooms .. delux, premium, quad and service apartments too.. suitable for family and business both .. morning breakfast was very satisfactory and staff was well trained .. rooms were very clean and hygine .. rates are very reasonable .. there are nearby restaurants as well botth veg and nonveg .. i wish them all the best ..
