It was one of the worst places I have stayed in.
Due to my baby we reached the place late. By around 12 in the night.
We had informed them about late arrival. Still when we arrived thr was someone else sleeping in the room given to us.
The rooms smelled of urine and humidity.
No matter how much we sprayed the smell was not going.
The staff was really rude and not helpful at all. Thy were so careless.
And the washrooms were worse than public urinals.
Thy bedsheets and blankets had stains and smell.

The restaurant, while strictly veg-only, had amazing food. The staff were friendly. And the location was extremely convenient. Walking distance to Surat Train Station, and for me as a Muslim, Toowara Masjid was 3 min walk away and there's another Masjid right across, Mithai shop right next door, and a few decent restaurants within walking distance
