I would like to share my experience, I dropped my mobile phone while getting down from cab and was searching it in room afterwards & when we call back on my phone the Owner knock the door with my phone in his hand. He found it outside hotel premises and immediately come to return it to me. That was a soothing experience. Also when we asked him for extended stay hours just to keep our bagpacks he allot us one room for around 4 hrs extra without any extra pay. It was a pleasant stay.
