Location is amazing, Rajveer is very good host, very good safari guide and an excellent driver of gypsy (safari vehicle) and his property also includes a big rocky mountain in backyard where one can climb up on foot or through gypsy to see leopards or one can simply sit in the backyard or terrace to see leopards and other wild animals with binoculars while sipping on tea. Jawai Lake is also at walking distance from property. As Rajveer is the owner of property and also have his own gypsy, so one doesn’t have to go anywhere else to book a safari. Food was also very good. It was a very good experience I had with my wife and daughter.

Above all we appreciated the kindness of our hosts. They were both very attentive to our needs, one of which was quite extreme as we left 2 bags behind and didn’t realise until we got to our next destination. Thankfully Kandeep and his wife Usha drove to our new destination with the forgotten bags - amazing! Everything was really well organised and you get picked up for leopard safaris from the doorstep. We saw leopards on both safaris - for overseas visitors the safaris are quieter on weekdays and are reasonably priced (R4500 per jeep). We also had a local tour including an absolutely incredible Jain temple which seemed to be in the middle of nowhere. It’s possible to pay with Wise.

The rooms were very clean. The host was excellent. He tired a lot to show us lepord, even after we did sighting in the first safari itself. I had travelled with kid and he provided milk whenever require even without charging a penny. The food also they made was quite good and reasonable. Will visit same place again

A lot of thought had gone into setting up a comfortable and luxurious camp. There is still some construction work being done to complete the camp. The staff were willing and helpful and the food was freshly prepared and good.

Food was excellent, staff courteous and Resort beautiful. Bosco and Jack definitely added to our trip with their shy friendly wagging tails. Would recommend to all my family and friends.
The place is not great .. just 5 tents created in the middle...
The place is not great .. just 5 tents created in the middle of no where .. no good view or facility
Its not a good place for leopard sighting either.
Long tiring costly safaris and no sightings.. really very vety frustrating.
Looking at the terrain, i don’t think its a great place to see leopards. Its overhyped by the local hotel association to increase their business.
There is no government rules like we see in all other national parks . I don’t know how such things without any rules or regulations are allowed..? Anything is possible in India ..!
