The hotel provided sagging mattresses in twin beds. Springs embedded in the mattresses pricked us. The hotel tried to replace them but the replacements were equally bad and sagging. The mattresses require replacement. In fact we removed them and put thin blankets on the top surface of wooden cots and somehow managed to sleep for four nights.Other than this, staff was very good , breakfast and food were good, the level of hygiene was good. But one has to compromise with sleep and that forced us to give a poor rating.

breakfast was not that great. please don't opt for breakfast there is plenty of hotels and restaurants near to this for breakfast. the location is very near to lots of shops so we can get anything which aren't available.
