Nothing. When we reached they told that the room for 1000rs was not available and forced to pay 1800rs. We didnt receieve any help from Oyo and booking. Com customer care as well. The customer care team behaves like they are a kid who dont know anything.

Room is clean but facilities are poor.hotel is not visible from roadside, difficult to locate
Firstly they are not giving importance of for the customers...
Firstly they are not giving importance of for the customers booked their room through booking.com.
Secondly I reached there at 3p.m & they are telling we have given the room to other customer as you have not reached here in your given time 12pm to 1pm where as payment was made in full in advance. It was too difficult to find the location, hence delayed.
Lastly they are not able to provide a cup of tea, think about break fast is so far.
Finally, we left the OYO at 7a.m morning without a cup of tea.
