Nothing, filthy with piss on toilet and God knows what under bathroom basin! Everywhere covered in dirt/dust. Linen and top runner on bed dirty too!
Don’t even look inside the lids of the bottles they provide with free water in them - inside lids filthy and rusty!

The night front office executive was helpful and polite. He showed us the rooms to chose from even though both were stenchy. Helped us get our luggage to the room and provided towels after waiting the entire day as the day female receptionist wouldn't give it.

Great location but the taxi mafia makes it impossible to go anywhere without costing an arm. The hotel should consider increasing its shuttle trips to nearby beaches. The pool needs some maintenance work. Would be great to have some kid activities such as table tennis. I don’t anyone uses the gym but also because it’s depressing. Staff are helpful but would be even better to include some more local staff.

The staffs don't know behavior.
The staffs don't know behavior. Always they're very casual and careless. Not at all bothered about guests. If someone is interested in arpora I will suggest not to go to those places and people to waste money. Very negative minded and ready to cheat customers hotel 🏨 people. I did a mistake by booking treebo trend aquamarna arpora. Whole trip was spoiled.

If you are looking for a clean and peaceful setup along with its proximity to famous beaches and clubs, look no further! The stay and food is reasonable and the host makes sure to take care of all your needs and queries. I've been to Goa more than 5 times and can assure you that this is the best bet!

It's a perfect place to stay if you are going with kids. The rooms are big and they have a small kitchen in the room so new parents need not worry about baby food.
The entire property is clean, the food is good and the location is perfect. It is near to Calangute beach and Anjuna beach and just half an hour drive to Panjim.
My kid suffered from food poisioning in Goa and the hotel staff ensured that we get the doctor in the room even on a Sunday when it is difficult to get one as doctors are not available on a Sunday
Beautiful hotel with friendly staff, couldn’t fault the staff, breakfast or the hotel, perfect location for the sights and good restaurants and bars around. We were at the front so could be noisy at night but once the window was closed you couldn’t hear a thing, staff were great. If I did have a fault it would be the pillows they are huge and probably two big but this is minor in the grand scheme of things
Peaceful boutique hotel in the tree tops hidden away from the touristic beaches in north Goa. Amazing staff, amazing pool. Staff waited on us hand and foot and no request was too much.
