The property is exactly as shown in the images. Its a quiet neighbourhood and it has all the advertised facilities. The first room they offered didn't have some of the things mentioned, so they upgraded us to a higher room free of charge and the staff is super helpful. The breakfast was fantastic!

Location is good if you have work in the area, room fittings , bathroom etc up well done and maintained.
The room service menu was well thought of. It would be nice to see some authentic goan food as well.

I reached late night as my flight was at late and no one was actually there to even open the gate, after several attempts swa a drunk man, who didnt even bother to respond or open the gate. This is not even a proper hotel. A bachelors mess, more off. Worst of the lot. Do not plan to stay here.
Location is wonderful, hotel seems to be new so it looks clean and they have good washroom where hot water is available all the time. I was able to get a blanket and towel whenever required.
