Location is good if you have work in the area, room fittings , bathroom etc up well done and maintained.

Location is near to a only mall in the city center of Goa. Breakfast was ok. There was no variety of breads, muffins or cakes. Not very conducive for kids.

I reached late night as my flight was at late and no one was actually there to even open the gate, after several attempts swa a drunk man, who didnt even bother to respond or open the gate. This is not even a proper hotel. A bachelors mess, more off. Worst of the lot. Do not plan to stay here.
Location was in residential area. Nothing was there nearer to the hotel. Breakfast quality was very poor. No options for breakfast. And also not served on time
