Horrible experience i made two reservations here one by mistake which i fixed after five minutes a decent hotel staff would realise thats its not fair to charge you for this but i got charged half the booking price because i made a reservation for a date that i would not be present for for a price of 150 shekels.
The other problem is you mesaage them they dont even aknowledge that you message them but after i booked it for the right date they happily message me to give me the entry information but acted like they did not see the previous messages about the refund i requested so basically they aknowledge what they want.
I finally get to the room put in the code for the key the code was not working i put it in atleast ten times it was not opening i messaged them to ask them about is they still did not answer lucky for me half an hour later it unjammed and i got the key out.
Only to go in and find blood on the sheets(which i have pictures of ) the hotel is nice and i could have done with something else being dirty but blood is not an option i left the hotel after this and paid 380 shekels for half an hour and bloody sheets STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE ITS A NICE PLACE BUT THE STAFF AND CLEANLINESS IS BELOW 0
