It is a little home like hotel. Managed by a smart kind manager. For a modest price we got much. The suite in the 11 floor was warm and lovely. Food at Friday dinner was home like and we have enjoyed it. Breakfast Saturday morning was suffering from limitations of Shabbat but more than acceptable. All an all..it is good value for money.

All I can say is very bad customer service we booked this place thru booking we booked it at 9:00 in the morning we reached out to the hotel for accommodations on the arrangements for the beds we want and did not receive any response at all after numerous messages emails … we then decided to cancel since we had a family and we’re not sure if they can accommodate us … after requesting cancellation we again didn’t receive an answer only at 9:00 pm the customer service rep reasponding had very short and brief nasty responses the only response we were able to get after all those emails and messages was at 9:00 pm in the evening … that if we don’t arrive they can’t cancel and would charge us the full amount
… I again tried making contact with them
… we haven’t checked in and we’re still charged the full Amount
I would say do not book with them unless you have Avery clear understanding of their cancellation policy they are very not accommodating and not flexible with your needs and their response time is bad

The Ron Beach is in a great location with consistently very friendly staff and an amazing breakfast and dinner. There are multiple tables filled with a huge array of food: the salad table looked like a rainbow with countless selections. There is a hot food section, pizza area, an entire desert table and separate ice cream area. Ample parking and a perfect spot to begin your Galilee tour. Locally owned, this hotel took care of its staff during covid and it shows in their dedication and customer service. We have stayed twice and the rooms have always been large, well appointed and clean. Staff goes above and beyond to make the stay pleasurable. From the front desk, to the dining room manager, the staff is excellent!

Excellent location near key sightseeing sites. Private beach with lifeguarded lake swimming area, separate swimming pool available, gym, local lakeside walks, very good breakfasts. Good WiFi. Accommodation with kitchenette, and ensuite shower/bathroom. Outside covered decking with outdoor furniture was very useful.

We stayed four nights in three of the Village rooms. These are pleasant and spacious even with the sofa bed made up for our son. It's a bit of a walk from the pool and main hotel area where breakfast is. The gardens are a little run down around the village rooms, but the rooms themselves are clean and pleasant. The included buffet breakfasts are in the hotel dining room which is very popular with large tourist groups, so they are often quite busy - but the variety is fantastic.
