Lovely family. NOT Boutique. Cabin was fine. Has BBQ, but no utensils. Close to Arbel National Park and Tiberius. Pool may have been ice, but weather too cold when we stayed there.

We love the plants, fruit trees, grapes & flowers, whimsical yard art, the pool is nice for families and mostly saline with a little chlorine. Free parking. The breakfast/dining room is beautiful with glass all around, outside are plants and grapevines.

It is a little home like hotel. Managed by a smart kind manager. For a modest price we got much. The suite in the 11 floor was warm and lovely. Food at Friday dinner was home like and we have enjoyed it. Breakfast Saturday morning was suffering from limitations of Shabbat but more than acceptable. All an all..it is good value for money.

All I can say is very bad customer service we booked this place thru booking we booked it at 9:00 in the morning we reached out to the hotel for accommodations on the arrangements for the beds we want and did not receive any response at all after numerous messages emails … we then decided to cancel since we had a family and we’re not sure if they can accommodate us … after requesting cancellation we again didn’t receive an answer only at 9:00 pm the customer service rep reasponding had very short and brief nasty responses the only response we were able to get after all those emails and messages was at 9:00 pm in the evening … that if we don’t arrive they can’t cancel and would charge us the full amount
… I again tried making contact with them
… we haven’t checked in and we’re still charged the full Amount
I would say do not book with them unless you have Avery clear understanding of their cancellation policy they are very not accommodating and not flexible with your needs and their response time is bad

Best place I stayed in Israel. Fantastic location, literally across the road from the path to Arbel National Park which has amazing views of the Sea of Galilee and surrounding areas. Great pool, balcony and hot tub in the room! The property is in a very nice garden (I bumped my head on the biggest lime I have ever seen walking through the garden). Very close to the bus stop to Tiberias. Also by far the best breakfast I had on my whole trip. Staff are very friendly. Can strongly recommend!
Kind and friendly staff. Hugely generous food portions, you will feel spoilt for choice at breakfast and dinner. The chef is very passionate. The St Peter’s Fish for dinner and the swimming pool is the highlight for me. It is right in the trail (30mins) to the Arbel synagogue and Mount Arbel where Jesus gave the great commission and sermon on the mount.
Everyone was super nice. The room was very comfortable.
Israel cooks the most delicious meals, we only had breakfasts but they were perfect and a bit different each time.
The swimming pool was great too.
We loved the friendly family hosts. We enjoyed the food and the location was convenient for us to tour north Israel. Especially enjoyed the fresh fruit from the their own tree.
