We were there on the last weekend of the summer season before the amusement park was scheduled to shut down so there were still lots of people and activities available. Plenty of restaurants and pubs. The beach is spacious but rocky and there are lots of rails to hike as well as just walking on the paths around town. Only 15-20 minutes to Waterford and the attractions there. A nice quiet place to stay with easy access to things to do.

Tramore is a beautiful town with something in it for people of all ages and tastes, scenic drives and walkways and also the little funfair and indoor swimming pool. There are a great selection of eateries and bars also to whet one's appetite. The beach is lovely, lots of space, it rarely feels crowded.
I look forward to visiting Tramore again soon.
