We loved the location, the theme and the coziness. The hosts were amazing. Absolutely loved our stay.
I thought Spindrift was delightful. The property was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. I found the owners very friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile by supplying a stocked fridge, a pre-set open fire and called to ensure we had everything we needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others

Moville & surrounding area has lots of good places to eat in (e.g. Rosatos in Moville, Kealy's Seafood Bar in Greencastle and The Point Bar in Magilligan - take the short ferry trip across from Greencastle for it). Rosatos also do takeaways. The two supermarkets in the town also offer a wide variety of food, with hot and cold deli counters etc.
There are several lovely beaches nearby (e.g. Tremone beach, Shrove and Culdaff).
While there are some big tourist attractions, like Malin Head, don't forget to check out the lovely Glenevin Waterfall near Clonmany & nearby Tullagh strand, maybe en route to/from Ballyliffin. Lovely gift shop too in Carndonagh, which has a very good Supervalue supermarket.
Don't leave Inishowen without visiting Wild Ireland too!

A nice little place with good places to eat and enough to do in the locality - pitch and putt, beaches, good walking route, pottery design etc.
Venues like Rosatos and the Cosy Cottage provide good eating options.
Locals are very friendly and helpful.

Patrick The Owner was EVERYTHING One could want in an Admirable Host, Informative, Helpful, Knowledgeable and everything one could hope for in an Owner he even booked us into the best Restaurant in Moville that was way above our expectations. Our Only Regret was that we could not stay there for at least a week as we had prebooked into another B&B in Sligo for next day! We have already planned to return to this Remarkable Historic Home with the Best Host we ever had in all our Travels around the World. P.S. We have no pecuniary Interest in this Home and this is just our Sincere Thoughts on a Beautiful Stay. Thanks To Patrick.

A clean, tidy warm bungalow just outside the town/village of Moville. Very comfortable beds. The hosts left some provisions to get us started which was very thoughtful of them. Patrick provided us with information about places to visit and clear instructions as to how to get there. Couldn’t fault this couple for friendliness and hospitality. We’re only just home and already planning to return. All in all I have to say “highly recommended”.
This is a beautiful cottage with a stunning view. Ideal for a family. It was perfect for us to use as a base to travel around Donegal. I could not recommend this cottage highly enough. It is spotlessly clean, comfortable & just simply beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here and with so much more of Donegal to see we will definitely be back. Mary & Gerard thank you so much.
The hotel room was beautiful. All mod cons and it was cosy and warm. Bathroom was spotless and the bed was comfortable. All the staff where friendly. Was there for a wedding and the 2 male staff that worked in the residence bar where very friendly and made you feel welcome.
Melissa and Mark were excellent and friendly hosts willing to go above and beyond. The greenhouse in the garden is stunning and relaxing spot. With hosts like Melissa and Mark our trip to Donegal became even more of a pleasure. Higly recommend!
Great place to stay and in a good location accessible to both Donegal and Derry. Very friendly host, and nice breakfast too, Would definitely recommend for this area
