The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The front desk person even carried my suitcase up the stairs as there is no elevator. I asked for a vanilla, oat milk latte and someone went to get the oat milk, which they did not have on hand. Even though there was a bar and restaurant downstairs, my room was quiet. I ended up having to leave early because of Covid and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, from bringing food to my room to making sure my taxi picked me up. I would stay there again without question.

Room was tidy and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had anything you wanted and will set you up for the day. I Didn't have dinner but friends did and said it was very nice.

We got a junior suite and it was worth the extra money. The room was huge with a gorgeous bathroom and amazing sea views. Breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety that catered to all tastes. We ate in the restaurant and bar and both where of a really high standard. The restaurant is fancier with canapés and sorbets in between courses. The bar was more relaxed but the food was still gorgeous and good value for money.

Evelyn and Canice were lovely. Check out was meant to be 11am but they said there was no rush. Fresh bottle of water brought to the room and chocolates beside the kettle were a nice touch. Good shower pressure and all really clean. Great location.
