Excellent service by Samuel, especially considering our booking was so late. Very nice guy, very helpful. I was embarrassed I didn’t have money on me to tip him as he deserved it. Really nice clean new apartment with everything you need in there and a great location.

Fota Island resort never fails to deliver on relaxation and is a wonderful place for a getaway break. We've been back to this hotel on many occasions, and it will continue to be our 'go to' place.
It has so much to offer from golf to spa retreats to an excellent location as a base for sightseeing trips.
The staff have always been so kind and welcoming which adds to the air of quiet elegance which we associate with Fota!
The hotel and facilities are well maintained, and rooms are fresh and comfortable (never worn or dated!).

Highlight for my granddaughter was the swimming pool.
Highlight for my granddaughter was the swimming pool. She wasn't allowed into the pool at the time we had booked. The booking was made at check-in where the receptionist was aware that my granddaughter was 13 years old. We returned from Cobh early to avail of our swimming appointment and were then turned away.
The receptionist at the Spa was quite rude and when I asked him what was available in the Spa told me to look it up myself online..
