Everything was amazing! Beautiful scenery, property has perfect beehive structures they let you check out for free! I also got to hold and feed a week old baby lamb who was the cutest!!! Breakfast is generous, note you make for yourself but everything is provided and good quality. Road to get there is a little treacherous but just go slow and you’ll be alright.

Sheelagh's Kitchen, hotel in Dunquin

Featuring sea views, Sheelagh's Kitchen in Ballyferriter offers accommodations and a garden.

The location. We felt lucky we were out of Dingle which was full of tourists. Ballyferriter is quiet and rural, and close to the ancient sites we were interested in most. The house is actually on the Slea Head Drive. Sheelagh is very helpful with where and when to go, and a really attentive host.

Cille Apartments, Ballyferriter village, hotel in Dunquin

Cille Apartments, Ballyferriter village enjoys a location in Ballyferriter, 1.8 miles from Wine Beach and 7.2 miles from Dingle Oceanworld Aquarium.

Quiet location far enough from the hubbub of Dingle - though only about 20 minutes drive away, but a 1-minute stroll to good food and pubs in Ballyferriter. Very comfortable apartment with view of the church and mountain, sunny patio with flowers, and cozy with everything we needed for a few days’ stay. Brid was a lovely, helpful guide ready with good recommendations for things to do. Decided to stay an extra day it was so idyllic. Hated to leave.

Gleann Loic Farmhouse, hotel in Dunquin

Providing garden views, Gleann Loic Farmhouse in Dingle offers accommodations, a garden, and a shared lounge.

A simple but very clean house in a great location for those looking to do the Slea Head Drive. The breakfast was excellent, and the owner was extremely attentive and friendly, making us feel very comfortable in the house. An added bonus was being able to observe the daily routines of a sheep farm. And if you're there, you should definitely also visit Krugers Bar, a place with good food and drinks within walking distance from the house.
