Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Great food for both dinner and breakfast. Large, very comfortable quadruple room.
Located in a seafront heritage area of Dún Laoghaire, overlooking unique panoramic views of the Dublin coastline, Haddington House is a five floor Victorian terraced building.

The decor, atmosphere and staff in the cocktail bar were excellent. The cocktails were excellent. We took the compliment bikes for a ride to the forty foot. We visited the Martello tower where the view from the top was excellent, the staff there were informative and it is free to enter. Our room was very comfortable and clean with tea/coffee facilities, sparkling and still water and a good array of toiletries including toothbrush and toothpaste. The view from our room was a lovely vista of the pier and the sea beyond. Our breakfast was lovely and well worth it as it was a small bit pricey.

Lovely area, with plenty of historical places to visit should you like to. Have quite a few good pubs and other eating establishments; the Queens was great! Not a great amount of local shops, which is something that we look for when we visit a downtown.

Dalkey is a charming little town right on the train route.
Dalkey is a charming little town right on the train route. The Coliemore rooms are super accessible right behind the lovely pub. Be sure to visit the Sorrento Park and Dalkey Island using the local ferry. Also the Dalkey Hill provides great views of the area and Dublin. Be sure to note that the train does take 25 minutes or so to get into Dublin, so you need to plan for that if you're going into the city.

Beautiful and quaint historic town with a superb heritage centre ideal for a family visit. Highly entertaining tour with actors in costume and lots of interaction. Surrounding areas picturesque. Great cafes and independent shops on the high street. Really convenient for popping into Dublin on the Dart. Easy to access from the motorway too.

Not easy to drive around Dalkey..
Not easy to drive around Dalkey..Must have been a nice area long ago before traffic and construction clogged it up..The facade of the village buildings is nice and well maintained.
Malahide and Howth would be a far better option for a city break.

What a lovely little place.
What a lovely little place. The main street (Castle Street) is an absolute joy, boutique little restaurants and cafes alongside niche shops. I was there on business but will absolutely be coming back as a tourist.

Lovely rooms. Loved the outside area with the pizza and bar. The manger at breakfast in the dining room was lovely and kept everything going well. Lovely staff throughout the hotel.
Very well equipped apartment in the heart of Dalkey. It had everything and more than we expected with an amazing breakfast pack. The lovely two bathrooms was a nice surprise!
